[SOLVED] Is a 305 power suply enough for an intel core 2 duo e6850 and a gt 710?

I want to upgrade my desktop dell optiplex 755
i want to upgrade the gpu to a 710 or anything that can work on a 305 watt psu(i have gma 3100)
i want to upgrade my ram from 2gb to 4gb

I intended to answer that above but it seems the forum doesn't like the formatting and removed it. 😕

You can upgrade the CPU to the max Q6600/6700 without replacing the power supply.

You can add these GPU's with a CPU upgrade without replacing the power supply.
710/730/1030 " With a BIOS update"

Upgrades beyond that would require you to do so.

The motherboard uses an ODD CPU placement that limits your GPU options to Single-slot and a length limit of around 11 inches "Interference with the 20+4 pin connector". You can replace the PSU with anything on the market should you want a little more muscle provided you max the CPU out "Q6600/Q6700".

710/730/740/750 TI/1030/1050/1050 TI/RX 460* all have single slot options and a reasonable to pair on OEM LGA775.
* requires a PSU upgrade

i have to upgrade my psu to add the gpu and more ram or its only needed if i want to upgrade the cpu?
