Those numbers are irrelevant. We had a 3.6GHz CPU 15 years ago.
Can't compare like that.

From what your saying, the 6 core is at 4Ghz and 4 core at 4.2Ghz ? The 6 core would be the speedier rig since it is a newer CPU as well, since quad core is a long time ago.
