Question Is a 450 watt power supply enough to power a 3050 and a ryzen 5 5600g?

I was thinking of getting an RTX 3050 or a 1660 super for my graphics card, but I think it will cause problems because of the small psu. Will that even work?

It largely depends on the PSU's quality. Crappy PSUs may already struggle delivering half of the sticker power or just blow up and take the whole PC with them. Higher quality PSUs can handle 100% load through their warranty period and beyond.
