Is a 450w psu enough for a 780?

I am looking to purchase a gtx 780 in this dark age of gpu prices and was wondering if my 450w evga 80+ bronze psu can handle a gtx 780. My system specs are as follows, don't laugh, this is my first build, and I finally have the money for a gpu, or so I thought.
Pentium g4560
16 gb ram
Msi b250i gaming pro ac
A sandisk 240 gb ssd.

Considering EVGA's 450W B3 failed the over power protection in Tom's Hardware review (fireworks and all), I would not recommend it.

Stick to something that needs a little less power.

Considering that the B3 model is their better model of those you mentioned, I wouldn't' trust any of them to run a GTX 780 in a full-time gaming system.
