Hey I just got a GTX Titan Black and wanted to test it out but I wasn't sure if my PSU was enough.

System Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2400G
Motherboard: MSI B450 PRO CARBON AC
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX Titan Black
PSU: EVGA 450W Standard

I've got a W3 series. I'm guessing that's a no?

Depends how much risk you want to accept.

I would not. That, I believe, is the lowest-quality EVGA PSU has ever made available at that wattage. The N series is actually worse, somehow, but they didn't offer one of those at precisely 450W. A W-series PSU has no business being in any system that has a GPU that requires supplementary power.
