Is a 460 watt power supply enough for a gtx 1060?

I have a 460 watt power supply in my computer and currently a gtx 645 that came stock with my pc. I want to upgrade to a gtx 1060 3gb but want to know if 460 Watts is enough, I have a six pin connector. My pc is a xps 8700, i7 4770k @ 3.40, 12gb of ram, and 1tb seagate hard drive.

Yes it is enough. 400W is recommended minimum. Your GTX 645 uses slightly more power than a GTX 1060. With that being said, prebuilt systems usually come with cheap power supplies. It might be worth replacing it with a better quality.

This is about as cheap as I recommend anymore. There are cheaper units, especially from EVGA, but they can be unreliable and faulty.
