My specs are:
CPU- Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz
RAM- Corsair LPX Vengeance 8GB 2666MHz
MoBo- Gigabyte G1 Sniper B7 B150
PSU- Corsair CX500W Bronze Efficiency
4x casing fans
So i was thinking if i had a Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 8GB. Will it be enough for my psu to handle?

Solution
The bronze rating is for efficiency and not quality and the old CX500 is a low quality unit that is a poor choice for a gaming PC. When gaming the psu spends long periods of time under high load, quality is important. If a psu fails it can damage other components and the CX500 has basic safety features.

The cx500 is on the lower quality side but should work. It's not recommended and if you do not want to replace the psu you can always get a gtx 1060.
