is a 500w PSU enough for a 980ti?

Do i need to get a PSU with more watts or the one i have will be fine?

The minimum required is a 600w PSU, but I'd go ahead and get a 700w at least. Make sure it has the appropriate connections.

If your PSU has sufficient power connectors and wattage on the 12v rail, then it will be fine. What model is your PSU?

I haven't seen many 500W models that feature 6+2 connectors for PCI-e, but the higher end ones featuring modular cables stand a good chance.

This is an acceptable PSU for a single 980 Ti. If you wish to SLI you'll want something like these
