Is a 500w psu enough for a gtx 770

I'm looking at building a pc and pcpartpicker ranks my parts, 770 included, at 413 watts. I don't plan on overclocking, so would 500w be enough, even though the card is requires 600w?

It depends on the quality of the PSU the selected EVGA is a good budget unit but for little more you can get the 600watt version and play it safe http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100b10600kr

That EVGA 500W PSU uses a CapXon (400 V, 270 μF, 85°C) on its primary. That's considered low quality.

The ripple on the +12V rail is considered to be a little on the high side.
