Is a 530w psu enough to run this system?

I am looking to change my power supply because of its sound (coil whine)...

My recommendation for my budget is this:
Thermaltake Smart SE 530W (without including certification 80+)

Do you think that this is a good one for my system?
My rig:
I5-7500
8,00GB Dual-Channel
MSI B250M PRO-VDH
Gainward GTX 970 overclocked +12 MV (watercooled with g12 bracket)
3 SSD 1 HARD DRIVE...

There are several good PSU's in that price range but what market are you on? EVGA G2 and G3 Corsair RMX and Seasonic Focus are all top quality units.
