Is a 550w enough?

The title itself is, while I realize vague, quite explanatory of my predicament. I am building a budget gaming computer for my brother and am trying to determine a good, yet cost effective PSU. I realize that there are forum posts already, and I realize that there are calculators. Some calculators vary greatly in wattage draw and there is no forum post exactly like mine, so I would appreciate it if someone who understand PSUs very well could tell me if this will suffice for at least the next 4 years or so.

Main components are an i5-6600k and a GTX 960 4gb (might become a 970 SSC as I have one lined up I could get at no extra cost to the system. I have everything except for the SSD already for all prices listed. I bought an EVGA 550w G3 PSU for $70 (including tax) brand new on a good sale, but still have the option to return it hassle-free. Will it suffice for gaming (possibly overclocked 2-3 years down the road) on this system? Thanks!!!
