Is a 600 Watt PSU enough for this?

I am planning on buying a new PC with an XFX Radeon 7870 GHz Edition and an FX-8320 with a Hyper 212 EVO and I was wondering if a 600 watt PSU would be fine for if I took that FX-8320 to 4 or 4.5 GHz, I'll be doing that on the first day. Later I may overclock the GPU. So I'm wondering if a 600 Watt will handle it fine. Also, I've heard mixed opinions about the XFX 7870 GHz, and the Gigabyte 7870 is pre-clocked to 1100 MHz but I've heard it has coil whine issues. What's a good 7870 GHz Edition that is still around $230 or less? Take a look at the Asus 7870 and 600 should suffice if it's a good PSU, don't get one that is 'peak' 600 and actually runs about 430 continuous
