Hey
Im new to pc gaming and all the components and stuff and i bought one online but i picked all the parts and checked the prices on amazon etc and compared it to what the site was offering and it was all fine and i got a 600W power supply not really thinking about it and ive already ordered it and was wondering if a 600W PSU is fine for the following parts.

OS: Windows 10 Home
CPU: Intel core i7 6700K 4.00 GHz (Skylake) Socket LGA1151
Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 970 MSI GAMING Twin Frozr V - 4GB
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) 3000 MHz - Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 Memory
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Z170 Maximus VIII Hero Motherboard
HDD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda 3.5 SATA III - ST1000DM003
SSD: 250GB SK hynix Canvas SL301 SSD
PSU: 600W - Aerocool Integrator 80+ 85% Eff Power Supply

I think those are all the parts that I need to list for u guys to answer this question but if you guys need any more info on this pc and ill definitely add it just tell me and ye please help me out guys I really need help because im worried it might not be enough and I might mess up my computer and parts and i'll have to spend more money on a different power supply

Thanks :)

The CX series isn't very good and definitely shouldn't be paired with a high-end PC. You've spent a lot of money on your PC, so don't handicap it with a crap PSU.

Consult the tier list for recommendations; www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html.

Yuck - very low quality Asia-X capacitors and manufactured by HEC. While Japanese capacitors are the gold standard, these aren't even in the Capxon/Teapo acceptable tier. Voltage regulation OK, ripple mediocre. I'd probably put this behind a Corsair CX and I woudln't use that on high-end parts either.

It's not so poor that your PC is in imminent danger -- it's a step above the straight-out junk -- but the PSU is the most important part of a system and I always recommend quality. It's your PC's heart. It doesn't necessarily mean you have to buy some $200 Titanium-rated PSU or anything, but an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Where you go depends on what you prioritize.

that is a poor quality processor, Cosairs RMI and RMx series psus are pretty good but some brands that are really good at a nice price are things like Superflower and Seasonic. EVGA G2 & P2 psu's are also very good.

Thanks everyone for helping me out here I decided to go with the 850W XFX XTR series 80+ Gold and XFX's XTR series came under tier two of the tier list given by bicycle_repair_man. Thanks

Good choice! Excellent parts need excellent protection. Enjoy your build!
