Is a 600w PSU enough??

Is a corsair CX600m enough for this build:
-Asus z97 AR mobo
-Intel i5-4690k (probably will OC, recommendations appreciated!)
-2tb HDD
-Intel 730 series 240gb SSD
-4 case fans
-Gigabyte Windforce GTX 970(will not OC)

Yes your PSU is fine with pleanty of headroom and a good quality brand. As for overclocking the CPU go for it, its a waste if you dont as the K series cost a little extra and are unlocked to do such a thing Make sure you have an aftermarket cooler, the stock intel CPU cooler wont do when overclocking. The Hyper Ev0212 is low cost and very good for its price (its not the best cooler on the market but a great choise for enthusiast overclocking)
