My PSU is kinda shitty brand. Its Inter Tech Argus 620W. It says it has a 2 12v Rails with 30A Each capable of supporting up to 570W of power. Currently im running an R9 270X on it no problems. But i think a 780 is not gonna be stable on this thing. Plus it has only one 8pin connector and im gonna be running the 6pin from a molex which still is dumb and i know i can fry my card but im gonna risk it but before i buy anything i want to ask you guys if you can help me ?

While not the best in terms of quality or performance, the 600b should serve you well. I was assuming new and USA, if buying used or outside USA that changes how good a deal it is. You are right, 780 is a good card, it's just getting old.
The problem with PSU's is wattage on its own is fairly meaningless, the quality of the unit is equally or more important. While technically its spec is enough I don't know the brand which instantly makes me suspicious of its quality. I would never run a low quality PSU whatever its rating. Maybe someone else can vouch for the quality of this unit?

Also a 955 is seriously going to hold back a 780

A GTX780 needs both a 6 and a 8 pin connector and 575w.

If a psu does not have sufficient pcie power connectors, it likely does not have the amps necessary to drive them even with molex adapters.
I would replace the psu.
Your danger is not that it will have insufficient power, but that if the psu should fail under load it will damage other parts.
A Cheap psu will not include the necessary protective circuitry.

To start the label lies. 12V * 30A = 360W, and two of those should be 720W. Which is impossible for a "620W" PSU. You said it had a combined 570W, which at 12V gives you an odd 47.5A. You don't normally see half amps on PSUs so I don't know what the real output is. If it really has only a single 8pin plug and no 6pin plugs that's even odder. My old Antec 500W had two 6 pin plugs. My new 450W PSU has dual 6+2 plugs, and yours doesn't even have that so guess what your PSU can really handle?

I honestly wouldn't use that PSU. You don't have to buy the best top of the line PSU, but a fire hazard like that shouldn't be used. Ever. Good units can be found for $30-50 on newegg. If you really want to get a 780 (? why, newer and better cards are now out.) I wouldn't hook it up to that PSU. Yes, ever.

Ok is the EVGA 600B Good or i need to look for something better and im getting a 780 because the 970 is not in my price range plus im buying second hand which makes it a lot cheaper its 140$ right now for me which is a very good deal judging by me and the card is enoguh to run any game right now
