Is a 650 TX enough for 2 760's (SLI)

Is it enough for 2 760's?

I5 4670K (stock voltage, stock cooler)
EVGA 760
8 GB RAM
1 TB storage
Gigabyte Z-87-DH3 Mobo

It is recommended to have at least 700w according to this website

with 50amps and 624w on the 12v rail, as well being a good quality psu, i'm still saying yes.
However, 700w is the recommended minimum.

Technically your under the minimum specified and need a 700w+ psu.
I believe you can run 260 sli because your only 50w off recommended minimum and the TX is a good PSU. Just don't plan to OC anything.
Having said that, everyone, self included would much prefer to see you go with a 750w at least.
