Totally agree with sizzling. you have a fairly high end build especially with the 9700K, Aorus Z390 Pro and RTX 2070 Super so a good quality power supply is key and something like the Seasonic Focus Gold or EVGA G3...550 to 600w...I'd personally go 600w to 650w but as sizzling has said even a good quality 550w will do the job...I just like a bit in hand...

I have a very similar build to yours, same GPU, CPU and RAM. I've been using the Thermaltake Toughpower Grand 850W Gold and it's great. Maybe 850 is a bit of an overkill, but it was on a very nice sale at the time. I'd say 650W is definitely enough, but a better quality one. Check this list out if you need a reference. For a high end build like yours, I wouldn't suggest anything below Tier 3 :
