Question Is a 750w 80 plus gold certified corsair RMX enough

Been having FPS issue and trying to locate the issue. I have a friend who thinks it might be a psu issue.
Ryzen 7 2700
ASRock x370 Taichi
Corsair Hydro Series H100i pro (stock fans with it)
Samsung 970 EVO 500g
Corsair Vengeance RGB pro 2 x16 3200
also using Corsair Vengeance Light enhancement kit
Corsair LL seried 120 rgb fans x3
I have used a 580 radeon 4g and a sapphire nitro+ vegas 64 8g but both are getting around the same benchmarks on division 2 hitting an average of 40 to 50 fps. I thought it might of been the game but the same thing wit starcraft 2 and diablo 3. I was getting 60+ with the radeon 4g not to long ago. Drivers are up to date and have uninstalled and reinstalled them back. Windows 10 is a fresh install as well.

The CORSAIR RMX series of power supplies are pretty good though. That's a high-end PSU, if I'm not mistaken. How OLD is your power unit ?

Cpu is only running at 3Ghz and the ram is only running at the default speed of 2133 both of which are going to hurt overall performance. You may want to check you cpu and ram settings in bios.

Thanks guys! I had forgot that my BIOs has been setting everything so low on default and while I was in there i saw something call quiet and cool and after I disabled that and set everything back to manual push 144 fps now. Now I can fix my cable management and start oc stuff now. This is my first build from the ground up so I thought I broke something.
