Is a 7750 low profile compatible?

So i was wondering to upgrade my GPU from a GMA X4500 to a 7750 low profile so i can actually get decent framerates on a mix of low and medium.

So i was wondering if it's compatible with a 300Watt PSU

Should work.
@xbizzaroz That's what AMD say, and they always exaggerate the power supply. A 29W Geforce 210 runs on a 250W fine, so the 7750 should no doubt run on a 300W. However, make sure you have 20A atleast on the +12V rail.

Low profile generally means it's a single-slot card. Or it has a smaller bracket, designed to go in SFF systems.
If you have a normal systems, a SFF card wouldn't fit in your system. Check this when you're buying.

what is your CPU? Recommended PSU wattage is calculated keeping in mind that there are 125W CPUs and some reserve.
With lower power CPUs, video can be handled with lower wattage PSU.

That's not a very high TDP CPU. 65 W for the CPU, 55W for the card, and 80W for other components(assuming 200W on the +12V rail atleast). You could go with the 7750 as far as your power supply gives out >=200W on the +12V rail.

So it should run just fine, that's great to hear. Can i also overclock the card when i get a larger PSU?

I don't think that's necessary - this PSU has got enough current to let you overclock your card. Users don't overclock that heavily anyway.
