Is a AMD 8320 good for SLI 770?

So I have a GTX 770 SLI configurement. I saw all these benchmarks and the performance buff of SLI looked good. Now I have 2 770's and an AMD fx 8320. However, I am not entirely sure if I am getting the full buff. First I just want to know if the processor is good enough for the cards. From there on out I'd know wether it is some SLI settings I need to tweak or the processor apt fault. thanks for the help!

PS, I read up about this and overheating is not a problem in my Cooler Master case.

There is nothing you can upgrade to that would be any better using your current motherboard or another AMD CPU. OC that chip to about 4.5Ghz and you'll be as good as you would with any 8350, 8370, 9370 or 9590. And probably a lot cooler as well, depending on your cooler. You will however need a good aftermarket CPU cooler. Do NOT overclock using the stock cooler, whatsoever.

If all your case fan locations are not populated with case fans, I'd recommend that you do so. Dual high end cards AND an overclocked CPU equals more heat than the fans that come preinstalled alone can handle.

This is a much better cooler than the Hyper 212 EVO, for just a few bucks more:

But this is what I'd recommend if you want to take that chip to 4.5Ghz:
