is a AMD 8350 good for streaming?

hey guys i need alil help picking out a new cpu heres my specs. just so u know im looking into the AMD FX 8350 or 9370 witch is $80/$90 more and comes with Wc system

Asrock 990fx ex4
sapphire 7970 OC w/boost
G skills sniper S. 4x4 1866mhz 16g
thermaltake 700PSU
4 coolmaster 120mm fans on case for xtra cooling
