Is a amd phenom dual core better than amd turion

Topic. Here's more info on it. The amd phenom II n660 dual core vs amd turion ( unsure the model, so here's both numbers from the top of it: tmrm72dam22gg / 9970809A90009. The GHz on the phenom is 3.0 GHz and I'm unsure about the turion once again. So here's the question: would the amd phenom be better in my laptop or would the and turion? My is is w7 x64. I have 4g ram, 500 gig HDD. Laptop is Toshiba sattelite l675d

The Turion is a laptop cpu. The Phenom is slightly better than the Turions.
