You would need to post a complete build list, but yes they are compatible at first view. The power supply has watts to power two of those graphics cards and still have excess watts.

For a build like that I would definitely upgrade the CPU cooler.

The Cooler Master 212 EVO will work. It just that it has limited cooling performance. Once assembled if your CPU temperatures are more than 30-35 C at idle, I would replace it.
