Is a BenQ GW2450 good enough for a i5 4460 + R9 270x combination? I'm going to use it to play World of Warcraft, League of Legends and DOTA2, as well as other free-to-play games. I think it's good enough but I'm not really sure.

Also, the term "response time" confuses me. Isn't a response time of 8ms equivalent to 125 frames per second? Where does the 60Hz figure into to this? Does this mean that the monitor is set at a limit of 60 frames per second? Are they related at all or am I just confused?
