I broke the part of fan sink which holds the screw of the fan sink with the body. Due to some other reason my GPU stopped working...The terms and conditions of gigabyte says "Tampered Products are not eligible for replacement". So am I eligible for replacement ?

You broke it.
That is not covered under the warranty.

And, yes...that would also be considered "tampering".
