[SOLVED] Is a clean install necessary after a motherboard change?

I sent my thinkpad P52 to Lenovo after an issue occurred at boot up (I think it was to do with Intel ME). I was informed that they changed the motherboard. They probably did a factory reset on the HDD that was in the thinkpad when it went for repair, but after receiving it back, I removed the HDD and put the SSD I was previously booting from back in.

Is it necessary to do a clean install on my SSD after the motherboard change (note: OS is Windows 10 April 2018 version 1803)? After trying, I found that the laptop still boots from the SSD, but is it possible that there might still be some hidden problems that would require a clean install?

If not, are there any other issues that I might face, and how might I go about fixing them?

Laptop motherboards are very specialized. If the motherboard was replaced, it is probably an identical board. I don't think an OS install is required.
