Is a computer case fan required?

That is a crap case lmao, anyways put a 90mm fan there. A pc, or at least a decent pc will have 1 intake and 1 outtake.

With a discrete graphics card at least one case fan is highly recommended.
If you're going for a quiet case? Try a low noise 120mm fan.

Yes you do need case fans, also i would recommend a different case if you haven't bought it yet.
