Here's the rest of the config:

Intel Core i5-4570
Gigabyte B85M-D3H
Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600MHz CMV8GX3M1A1600C11
MSI GTX770 2GB DDR5 N770 TF 2GD5/OC
Corsair Carbide 300R CC-9011014-WW

I thought i would keep my old PSU, which is a Chieftec CTG-500-80P

Solution
The graphics card needs 250 watts with a recommended system power supply wattage of 600 watts. The processor needs 84 watts by itself. So technically you could go with a 500 watt power supply along as it is very well rated and delivers enough to your components. The power supply you are asking about does not get high reviews and I would suggest a better one.
