For stuff like that, I would simply recommend a 4k monitor.
Curved monitors warp the image somewhat when viewing it from a standard angle, meaning the accuracy of your work, ESPECIALLY in stuff like Photoshop and Adobe Premier Pro as well as the programs you have listed.
Unfortunately 4k is out of your price range though.
For monitors under $200, you are essentially limited to 60Hz panels if that's not an issue. I'll get back to you.
