Is a cx430 enough for this build?

Hi, I'm going to upgrade my old pc a bit and I am getting the GTX 750Ti and I just wanted to see if 430W is enough

  Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4600+
  
  M2N68-LA NARRA3 mobo
  
  3 Gb of DDR2 ram
  
  GTX 750Ti

Also is there anyway to have two gpus in it?

No you can't have two GTX 750Ti anyway.
I would not run two gpu on a CX 430.
The CX 430 should run on with your build. But I wouldn't use it personally. I would suggest a XFX 550W Core edition psu. This psu will be fine for future upgrades.

XFX are quite possibly the worst PSU manufacturers out there and there GPUs also have a very short life span, there is a reason why Nvidia quit their partnership with XFX

Yes OP, the CX430 will do you fine with that build. The 750ti rarely even requires a 6pin power connector and the CX430 already has one of those 6 pin connectors with a +2 pin for more demanding GPUs. I myself own a CX430 and I am very happy with my purchase. Been using it for 2+ years now with a HD7770

Many people will beg to differ.
Look at this list and see where Corsair CX series goes against XFX psu:

You cannot compare XFX's PSU division with GPU. They're completely different.
It your opinion that XFX is bad for you in the past but XFX all uses Seasonic as OEM which is one of the leading brands for PSU. Saying XFX is bad is saying Seasonic is bad. All professional PSU reviewers will say XFX are better quality than Corsair CX series.
The only reason why Nvidia cut partnership to XFX for GPU is that they began to sell AMD gpus, Nvidia cut their partnership because of this.
