Is a Deepcool DE530 PSU enough for a MSI GTX1070 Gaming X?

Basically i have money for the 1070 and i want to upgrade my PSU soon, but i'm not sure whether my current PSU could handle the 1070 for a couple of weeks. I would prefer getting the 1070 first, because purchasing the psu would delay everything for a couple of weeks.
Thanks for the answers!

750W is completely unecessary for a single 1080ti. Even 650w is unecessary.

A good 550w power supply will be more than enough, even with overclocking on CPU and GPU.
During gaming load, such system will use about 350w.

Could i ask one more thing then? I was looking at the Corsair RM650x and RM750x. If i wanted to run a i7-8700k with OC and lets say a GTX1080Ti with OC( This is only theoretical, but i want to plan ahead so i won't have to buy new PSU with future upgrades.),which one should i get then?

Either of those will work for a 8700k and a 1080ti. if the price difference is low you could go for the RM750x for the extra headroom.

I would opt for the 750 if you plan on getting a 1080ti but the 650 should be fine for the 1070.
