Is a dell OptiPlex motherboard compatible with a evga gtx 750 ti

Okay, so I am attempting to build or I would say upgrade my current pc. It is a dell OptiPlex 780 but I am upgrading the motherboard case psu and ram. I would like to know if a dell OptiPlex 7010 motherboard would work with my current gpu which is a evga gtx 750 ti

The 7010 board will work fine with the GTX 750 Ti. But you can't install a ATX board in a BTX case... w/o major modifications.
