Is a GEFORCE 950 a good graphics card for gaming?

It's my first graphics card and I bought it for gaming. I don't know if it's as good as a 980 or 970. Please tell me if I need something better for games to not lag. Mainly gta5 on pc.

The 900"s are old. You want a 1060 6GB.

A 950 is a little on the low end, obviously worse than a 970 or 980 but it'll play gta 5 fine on high or so. Gta 5 isn't too demanding except on max.
