[SOLVED] is a graphics card what i need

hi and thanks i bought my nephew a dell optiplex 7010 i3 desktop so he could play a game he likes league of legends or something like that. he said it the psa was slow. im not computer savy but i would like to know do i need to upgrade the graphics card or will a decent monitor help. or do i need both any help greatly apprecirated thank you

The bigger issue is two things, one the PSU for systems like that are low so graphic card choice is limited and two the physical size of the case will limit the card as well.

I've heard people upgrade their systems with low profile GTX 1050's and 1050ti's (the ones that dont require extra power cables). but that's about it.
