Is a GTX 1060 compatible with my motherboard

Hi there!
i was wondering if my pc build would work with a GTX 1060 because my computer is running slower and to my knowledge it's the graphics card holding me back (and not having water cooling for overclocking) Here's my shortened part list

CPU - AMD Athlon X4 860K

Motherboard - AMD GA-F2A68HM-H

Ram - DDR3, 8 GB

Graphics card (the thing im changing) - AMD Radeon R7 360 Series

-if you need more info about the pc please just ask
-If the case is to small a recommendation for a new one would also be appreciated

Well for the size concern, there are short 1060s. My concern would be a potential bottleneck from the 860K. I think you will be ok.
