Is a GTX 1070 ti an upgrade to my build now ?

Hello, I just upgraded my computer to this :

The i3-8350k is overclocked to 4.8hz and the GTX 970 is also overclocked.

What I was wonder is, would a GTX 1070 ti SC black edition like this one:

be a huge upgrade? my monitor is on that first list. Thanks in advance for all your helpful tips.

It would, you'd be able to max out pretty much any game's details at 1080p resolution.

just keep an eye out on nvidia..there trying to drop a new gpu but there little info yet.
