When it is good in one area, another area usually the person is not good. Generally anyone who works with electronics, just know to repair and usually not interested in being hacker.

Already hacker is more interested in computer programming, which is extremely difficult as well, but usually it does not know anything about electronics.

As electronics are made can interfere with programming, but generally that is hacker, known only move more with the virus and virus-like computer programs, and programming editors.

But his hacker knowledge is limited in only with computers, since as the electronics may influence he does not know anything about it, and who is electronic technician, usually know nothing about programming, only understands electronics.

Sometimes it is difficult for a hacker plan to build or repair a mount an electronic device.
a hacker may have difficulty repairing an electronic device at home or create a piece
electronics?

You have someone to talk to is hacker and understand electronics or an electronic technician understand about computer programming?

Just for example. But usually this two areas similar, but can be very different from one another.

i think you are misinformed. the term "hacker" does NOT refer to "a person who uses computers to gain unauthorized access to data." thats called a criminal. the term has been incorrectly used and branded to be a bad thing. like saying "soldier" and "murderer" are the same. one CAN be both, but isn't required to be.

a "hacker" is "a person or thing that hacks or cuts roughly," and this term pre-dates modern computer systems entirely. it refers to people who modify the world around them to adapt to them, and not the other way around. a hacker uses his skills and knowledge to accomplish his purposes, often times very creatively. this is not limited to the computer world, but is usually associated with it.

but to answer your actual question, which i will reword: "can a programmer also specialize in electronics or vice versa?"
can a carpenter also be a mason?

yes. and a lot of the time the two overlap. check out arduino.

Of course you have have a software programmer that does not know much about repairing electronics, just like you can have a car mechanic that can work on a new BMW not be able to fix a 1970 Chevy muscle car, or have a BBQ chef not be able to make a good cake.

It depends on the person, sure it's possible that someone is good in both hardware and software or at least knows a bit in both. Knowing how the hardware works is pretty much needed in some programming areas since you may need to know exactly what commands the hardware can understand.
