i had the i3 9100, not gonna lie its a great CPU for Esports, doesnt handle triple AAA that much since its usage will be 100%, but like i said for fortnite, apex, csgo and valorant it will be enough and more than 144 fps, but try getting i5 9400f if you can and change your PSU to something better, like Seasonic s12III, Seasonic CORE GC 650w 80+ gold or EVGA BQ units since they all good for low/mid range computers.

Yes i believe you can add a ryzen 5 2600 in this with a B450 , and the ssd you have selected is not great it probably does not have dram cache get something like Crucial MX500, Adata SU800 or samsung 860 also get atleast 3000mhz ram it does makes a difference in ryzen.

If you are only planning on playing Rocket League and CS GO then you would be perfectly fine with a Ryzen 5 3400G and you'd also save more money for additional things like a better SSD like a 500gb+ M.2 and if you do want to use a dedicated GPU then you could get a Ryzen 3 3100 with a GDDR6 version of the GTX 1650 like the EVGA GTX 1650 KO as an example which those 2 games wouldn't even hit past 2gb of Vram anyways unless you are planning on playing in 4K but then again i highly doubt you would even go past 4gb of Vram.
This list i did as well would also cost a lot less then the list that you brought up which would have more power CPU wise and yes while i did go for a A520 board at this point PBO does work on it still which is like a safe auto overclocking tool and yes i know the 1650 is not a super powerful GPU but for the games you listed you wouldn't need something like a 1660 and even if you wanted something better would be better to get the Super version instead https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tMXpGq
