Is a i5 3210m any good?

Getting a dell latitude e5430 and going to be using it for video recording with my Elgato along with some basic internet browsing not much gaming and I was wondering if this cpu is any good for Elgato hd60 recording with my ps4

Elgato HD60 specifies that it requires a 4th gen i5 CPU (i5-4xxx). So no, the 3210m will not work.

Specs of laptop are
I5 3210m(2.5ghz)
4gb of ram
250 gb of storage
I have an hd60 Elgato game capture
It requires a 4th gen but I have a 3rd gen i5 and I was wondering if I will be able to record without any trouble?
