Hi,

I'm going to make (or buy) my own gaming pc. I want to be able to play games in 4k, and still keep the CPU and GPU fairly cool.
My question is, can I do that with a Kraken X52 liquid cooler?
I do know that you need a 4k monitor, but I have zero experience with monitors. I would really like a curved one, everything else doesn't matter. Can anyone point me in the right direction? =)
System:
  • ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 Ti ROG STRIX OC - 11GB GDDR6 RAM
  • ASUS PRIME Z390-P Motherboard
  • Intel Core i9-9900K Coffee Lake S CPU - 3.6 GHz
  • NZXT Kraken X52 RGB v2 CPU Cooler
  • G.Skill TridentZ RGB DDR4-3000 C16 DC - 16GB
  • Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD M.2 2280 - 250GB
  • Seagate BarraCuda 3.5" ST1000DM010 Harddrive - 1 TB
  • NZXT H700i Matte White
  • Thermaltake Smart RGB 700W Power Supply - 700 Watt
I don't know if the case NZXT H700i comes with any air coolers ??
I really like the RGB and the white case, and would like to keep the bugdet under 3000 USD (if possible) please :)
Also, if anybody knows where I can get a cheap Windows 10 key in english, please link me one.

Thank you!

Solution
As stated above the X52 should be OK if you are not planning OCing above 4.5-4.8GHz.
4K gaming will bring any system to its knees and it does not look any better than a 1440p 144hz monitor.
I would go with a better PSU.
Seasonic FOCUS Plus Series SSR-750FX
CORSAIR RMx Series RM750x
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G3
CORSAIR TX-M Series TX750M

Are you looking to game? Unless you want to spend close to $2000 on a 4k 144hz monitor I would recommend a 1440p 144hz monitor, even if you do have the money for for a 4k 144hz monitor I would still recommend 1440p 144hz with current available hardware. Your hardware would go to waste at 4k 60hz and personally I MUCH prefer 1440p 144hz over 4k 60hz for any game I can run at over 60fps.

The cooler that comes on the asus 2080 ti is more than enough for it. And a kraken X52 is more than enough to cool the CPU at stock speeds.

No the case does not come with air coolers? It comes with a couple fans.

Thanks for the answers!
I will go for 1440p 144hz monitor then. Any recommendations?
AOC AGON AG271QX

And is there anyway to decrease the price other than removing rgb?
I would go with the Core i7-9700K, as good as the 9-9900K for gaming, and still you get 8 cores for any multi-core workload you might perform.
Consider a 480-512GB SSD, since games might fill up a 250GB mighty fast.
