So I have a lap top its 2nd hand. I plan to never use it online ever.

It has my intimate videos, financial information, passwords etc and I desperately do not want them to get out or get stolen.

If I never connect to the internet with this laptop, are they unhackable? Or can malware connect to the internet by itself, perhaps a hardware installed bug could connect to a wifi or a mobile phone network?

No.

Laptop can still be connected to via wi-fi and bluetooth. And there's also the issue of physical attacks.

Now, if you completely remove the wi-fi/bluetooth module from the laptop (IF you can, that is), then wireless attacks can't be done. But you can't use any wireless devices with laptop itself, nor connect it to the net either.

Physical attacks are simple. Theft of laptop or otherwise unauthorized physical access to the laptop itself. No lock can prevent that.
