Is a MSI graphics card compatable with a Gigabyte Ga Motherboard

I already own the Motherboard

Yes. All that graphics cards need is a PCI-e x16 (2.0 or 3.0) to work, which your motherboard has - and of course a power supply.

You should be fine.
