Solution
The 2 years is warranty from MSI.

You can ask SCAN, but no vendors around here allow you to return after more then 1-3 months.

You will likley need to contact MSI and return it to them and they will send you a new 770 card.

This is the danger of buying a part and not using for a few months, when it is broken you are outside the window to just return it to the vendor.

Are you sure? Its just it wont let me download the drivers for it when I try to use it. Im having to keep on my old 560ti.
Could it be the GPU its self or maybe the hard drive. I have no clue. Im thinking of saving for a new GPU at this rate.

''Its just it wont let me download the drivers for it when I try to use it'' Am not sure how to translate that but the psu will handle it for sure, the case is very good,it will allow nice airflow for the 770.But id rather get a 970 cause it use lower power and its more powerful.

Well if you want the 970 then return the 770 and get the 970.

Download drivers means to get the install file over the internet.

Install drivers means to run the program to instal it.

You would need to uninstall the old drivers and then power off computer, replace old card with new card, and then boot and install new drivers.

I mean when I download the drivers when I try to start windows again it does not work. After installing the drivers for the GTX770 off of the disk or website after restarting my pc it will not get past the starting windows screen without crashing and rebooting the system. It will repeat this for as long as it keeps booting up so forever if I left it.

Yes I made sure they were in and what does that mean if its Defective card? What are my options to do about it. I would send it back if i knew the RMA Number but i dont know where to find it.

Defective means that it is broken and not working properly.

You have to get an RMA number from the vendor you bought it from.
You would contact who you bought the card from, then they give you an RMA number and then return it to them. Otherwise you will have to warranty it through MSI.

I brought I through SCAN.co.uk As far as I can see they do not sell that card anymore so maybe they will give me a better one.
Should I phone up SCAN? Ask them about returning it? Sorry i just really want to be running a powerful GPU instead of the 560ti.
My 560ti is an average card but it cant run everything on ultra. :'( What do you think?
