Yes but depends on expectations. Your not going to run the latest AAA games at 144fps at max settings with Ray Tracing but as long as you compromise on settings and aim for 100+ FPS it will meet your requirements.

From what I've seen online, benchmarks etc, the 2060 super looks to be able to pump out around 100 frames on mid-high settings in most new titles. If your looking to play FPS games that don't require a strong GPU like Valorant, CSGO, Fortnite, you should be able to easily get 200+ fps consistently
