Not concerned if power goes out and I cannot save data, so being able to safely shut down is not important as long as it is physically protected

But want clean stable power and is a pure sine save output important.

Like this power conditioner here:

Does it have sine wave output and if not is it a problem?

Are there any downsides to such a device?

Is such a device a good idea to mitigate any potential dirty power that could contribute to coil whine even if only slight help?

Or is the device I have listed in the link only for home theater equipment and could I make things worse using it for a high end PC setup??

I do have a good power supply in Corsair HX1200 but still am interested in clean power even if good PSUs do good filtering on their own.

It seems as if a UPS is also kind of a line conditioner as well:

Does a line interactive UPS have true sine wave output even when not running on battery which is by far not most of the time as it only switches to battery when power goes out or during a brownout.

Cause with line interactive UPS Systems it says on battery waveform is sine wave. But what about rest of the time. Its getting power from mains which is a sinewave, but they have voltage regulation and such so does that ruin the sinewave output at expense of other protection? Or is it all sine wave output regardless??
