It would depend on your definition of running well, the resolution of your monitor and how high the settings. The FX-series of CPUS are considered rather weak compared to the latest Intel chips and Ryzen.

Do you already have an FX-6300, or are you considering buying one? If it's the latter, don't, unless you can get it for extremely cheap are very budget constrained.

I currently have an FX-6300, and in my honest opinion, avoid it if at all possible. It's semi decent, but is overall just a hot, power-hungry, let-down of a CPU. I've got a 1070SC so I've been able to narrow down my poor performance to the FX-6300. It says it has 6 cores, but it's really 3 core groups of 2 virtual cores. It's a sucky CPU. If you're on a budget, I would suggest getting something like the Ryzen 3 1300X, a huge improvement over the FX-6300. I can play games like Fallout 4, PUBG, CSGO, and other games, but most on Low/Very-low settings to get a steady and high FPS. There are a few games (that I can't seem to remember the names of) that are unplayable because they're so CPU intensive, even on minimal settings. The 1050ti should be a perfect GPU though.
