Question is a rtx3080 a good match for a i7-x7820

i want to avoid bottlenecking would this be a good match ? this computer is going to have win7 as a primary OS . I KNOW I WILL FORCE TO UPGRADE TO WINDOWS 10 OR 11 SOON. so dont tell me about it. probably going to install it on a second drive but i prefer 7 and will use it as long as i can. but i choosed the x299 plaforme because that was the fastest thing i could get that run windows 7 otherwise i would have purchase something newer/better.

Please list your full system specs, including PSU.
It's possible that you'll have a CPU bottleneck in some games. What resolution? What games? What's your expected graphics settings?
