Is a single GTX 780 ti enough for a 1920x1080p @ 144 hz monitor?

Getting ready to buy a new monitor to go with my GPU and I was curious if I could effectively game at 144 hz with a 780 ti reference card? Any kind of information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
