No it's not. Unless you are talking about a non stock cooler then it might but for that I need more info.

The mounting system for the two coolers is completely different, so no. 370 coolers mount directly to the socket whereas 754 - AM3+ (including AM2) use either the AMD clip or the holes, and the clip is not the same as the 370 socket cooler mount.
