Is a TX650M PSU good enough?

Any opinions on a Corsair TX650M PSU? Seasonic, XFX, EVGA, Silverstone etc are not available in my country. I am aware of the bad quality of Corsair VS and CX Series so the TX650M is the PSU left that i can fit in my budget. Planning to use it with these specs:

Ryzen 5 2600
Asus Prime X370-A (Yes im aware about the BIOS update, have that sorted out.)
16GB Trident Z RGB
GTX 1070Ti
NZXT S340 Elite with some RGB Fans
Wireless PCI Card
Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Transcend 240GB SSD

Ill be overclocking both the GPU and the CPU. Ive seen people suggest a good quality 550-600Watt PSU for similar 1070Ti/1080 builds. The reason ive gone for 650Watts is because probably the TX Series it a little lower in quality than the good quality 550Watt units that people are referring to. And the price difference between the TX550M and TX650M is almost negligible.

You can't make up for quality in wattage. A higher wattage TXM won't be any better. It would only likely add noise, extra cost, and more damage in a fault. maybe. The 550w TXM is more than enough, zero reason to go 650w unless it's cheaper.
